Beginning Thursday April 12, 2018, there will be a few revised policies for class. These policies are designed to prepare all students for high school next year and set the tone for growth, maturity and a sense of responsibility.
The policy changes are listed below. They go into effect the first day of the fourth marking period and last throughout the remainder of the school year.
Revised rules/procedures for MP 4
1. No more late work will be accepted
If work is turned in by the end of the day (after your class period) it will be accepted for half credit.
If work is turned in by the next day you may use a time pass for full credit.
If you are absent for one day, work must be in the next school day after you return. Days will be given to complete makeup work to match the number of days you were absent. Ex: If you are absent four days, you will have four days to complete the work.
2. If you are caught cheating (either providing your paper to copy off of or copying from someone else’s paper), all parties involved will receive zeroes for the assignment, you will be written up and referred to the main office for discipline.
